WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role is the connector of people, the advocator of talent and the educator of the employment market to candidates and clients alike.
Responsible for recruiting and placing candidates to our corporate clients and becoming immersed as a subject matter expert in the division.
Candidates must have a passion to achieve excellence in client and candidate interaction and be highly self-motivated. Our Recruiting Teams possess a no-fear attitude towards making cold-calls and networking calls to attract the top talent and build our network for our clients.
This position is critical in communicating effectively on the telephone and thru email as the best candidates in the market are directly recruited or referred by relationships.
Heavy usage of internet research tools such as Linked In, Broadbean, Career Builder, Facebook and other databases like Taleo and Icims.
Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time.
Daily communication with hiring managers at the VP, Director and Managerial level.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1+ years of active recruiting, ideally in information technology.
Openness to New Experiences/Inquisitiveness - possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and a hungry mind.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly polished and professional atmosphere.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.
Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
