WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting for technology talent including requisition creation, direct sourcing, candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
  • Build effective partnerships with hiring leaders so to fully understand our business and feel confident when explaining it to others.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and encouraging best practices across the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with other recruiters, sourcers and coordinators to drive efficiencies across Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Recruit and hiring for roles across technology including Front- and Back-end Developers, QA engineers, DevOps Engineers, SREs and Product Managers.
  • Continuously drive initiatives and seeking out education that focuses on diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring leaders in helping to guide thinking around the best profiles for open roles.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting technology talent
  • Experience using data to find and assess talent and drive action.
  • Experience influencing a hiring leader through clearly communicating labor market reality, demonstrating a deep understanding of the organizational strategy or challenging a hiring leader’s assumptions.
  • Experience with direct sourcing and will be able to talk through your direct sourcing strategies.
  • Highly organized and high attention to detail.
  • Experience using Workday or other applicant tracking systems
