WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 
  • Work with Recruiting Manager, HR team and business partners to discuss experience and qualifications needed per position.
  • Organization, multi-tasking, and follow up are key!
  • Recruiter will make initial contact and conduct preliminary screen of candidate to skills/experience, cultural fit, salary requirements, etc.
  • Manage up to 30 job requisitions at once
  • Identify and attend various recruiting events to include College and military career fairs, new hire orientations, and other events as needed or identified
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 
  • Four year degree highly preferred.
  • Position requires 2+ years of experience with demonstrated success in staffing
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, well organized, and be able to manage several requisitions at a time
  • Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Experience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boarding
  • Well versed in various sourcing methods including Boolean search strings, sourcing tools, user groups, networking, and cold calling candidates to generate interest.
