Work with Recruiting Manager, HR team and business partners to discuss experience and qualifications needed per position.
Organization, multi-tasking, and follow up are key!
Recruiter will make initial contact and conduct preliminary screen of candidate to skills/experience, cultural fit, salary requirements, etc.
Manage up to 30 job requisitions at once
Identify and attend various recruiting events to include College and military career fairs, new hire orientations, and other events as needed or identified
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Four year degree highly preferred.
Position requires 2+ years of experience with demonstrated success in staffing
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, well organized, and be able to manage several requisitions at a time
Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle.
Experience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boarding
Well versed in various sourcing methods including Boolean search strings, sourcing tools, user groups, networking, and cold calling candidates to generate interest.
