  • Conduct full cycle recruiting.
  • Determine applicant qualifications through use of recruiting strategies.
  • Improve organization process by recommendation of policies and practices.
  • Build applicant sources, conduct intake conversations, develop and update job postings.
  • Own all aspects of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of talent.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency to learn HRIS.
