WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Experience working in SAFe agile teams and QA for Agile initiatives 
    • Experience in Dialogue Extream or Quadient 
    • Experience Testing End to End using automation and individual component testing 
    • Should have good knowledge of Messaging channels (print, email and other digital channels) 
    • Hands on experience testing APIs and services using both automation and testing tools such as Post Man or Soap UI  
    • Participation in Story Definition sessions 
    • Perform Requirement Analysis on stories
    • Creating Test Plan (Test Strategy) and Test Scenarios
    • Perform test automation role for Web and API applications 
    • Perform team Demos for completed Stories
    • Develop and maintain test suite for both manual and automated testing 
    • Leverage Selenium to execute test cases
    • Execution of Test Cases and Regression (Both Manual and Automated)
    • Status Reporting
    • Understanding Prod Incidents, RCA and Defect Prevention Strategies
    • Testing and Closing Prod Issues
    • Leveraging, Adopting and Improving Test Automation
    • Perform testing per the scheduled sprint and release plans
    • Adhere to testing schedule and ensure timely completion
    • Reacting immediately to impediments in progress and taking necessary steps
    • Working with right teams to address issues relative to scope, defect clarity or requirements, resolution of environment issues, etc.
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work well within a team as well as with multiple teams to complete commitments – experience working in Agile teams is required
