WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the front desk and assist call-in and walk-in clients with purchasing
  • Answer questions regarding products and pricing
  • Handle client complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Up-sell products to generate more revenue
  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Responsible for purchase orders and following up on orders to ensure shipment and delivery
  • Inventory management

PROFILE FOR SUCCESS:

  • 1+ year of purchasing experience
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-reliant and Inquisitive
  • Driven to learn about new products
  • Punctuality
  • Customer serivce experience preferred
