Primary Responsibilities:

To support the corporate real estate department and the various projects assigned, including facility services management, lease administration, project/construction management assistance, and department document organization.

  • Assist with the coordination and oversight of the facility management within the NAT portfolio.
  • Manage the real estate database by creating abstracts, entering leases, ensuring terms and critical dates are correct.
  • Assist with global real estate portfolios including all aspects of the site, day to day operations, coordination of planning design, and construction activities on-site.
  • Provide construction and project management support on the various real estate projects. This includes entering invoices, PO creation, vendor onboarding, and entering leases / contracts.
The Ideal Candidate has the following:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Associate degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience with Coupa, Qube, or other real estate/asset management software
  • Additional education or training from IFMA, PRISM, or similar facility management programs
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
  • Knowledge of carpentry, painting and plastering; general facilities maintenance/repair
  • The capacity to support, follow and communicate company safety guidelines and programs
