- Manage resources to research, plan and implement security engineering solutions.
- Coordinate one or more teams to ensure projects and capabilities are completed to meet agreed upon timelines.
- Collaborate with business and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure security considerations are adhered to.
- Provide architectural and implementation recommendations for Application development.
- Collaborate with other Security towers to ensure engineering capabilities are reviewed and tuned to improve efficacy and efficiency.
- Initiate and help establish security guidelines and controls.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security
- Technical understanding of core Information Security engineering concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple team members in a moderate to large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of change management processes and change control life cycles.
- Strong understanding of the OSI Network Model as it applies to interconnectivity between endpoints, infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
- Basic knowledge of end-to-end systems integration.
- Previous experience leading a Vulnerability Management Program
