- Act as the central point of contact between GCs and field staff to streamline communication and prevent misunderstandings.
- Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction, minimizing delays.
- Meticulously compile change orders from diverse sources, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to enhance project profitability and client satisfaction.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Solid knowledge of software like Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or Bluebeam Revu for efficient document management.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and plans.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role for a smooth transition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
