THE DETAILS:
- Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (2x a week on-site)
- 6 month contract position - potential to be extended
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Build and maintain the timeline and status on both new store development and remodeling projects
- Manage the cross-functional network to ensure all teams are brought into the project efficiently
- When needed, assist with refining the process maps to ensure efficiency and speed
- Assist with prioritizing items and communicating decisions to move project to the next steps
- Remain up-to-date on project documentation and present results to upper management
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years construction and development experience preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite product line
- Background working in industrial, commercial or large scale residential builds
- Strong process improvement skills
