WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Lead project management efforts in the integration efforts for specific workstreams, while working with corporate development and functional leaders across the company
  • Collaborate extensively with executive team, driving engagement, accountability, and execution
  • Drive integration of new businesses with key stakeholders and leadership in Accounting, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal, etc
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Build out and continuously improve integration capabilities by developing process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Help assess potential target pipeline, while providing an early voice on integration planning, potential risks, and overall challenges
  • Monitor status and identify issues on an acquisition, succinctly communicate those issues to the appropriate teams, and work to resolve the issues before any acquisition value deteriorates

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, project management, or consulting environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in multisite retail or real estate industries a plus
  • Experience with Post-Merger/Acquisition Integration
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project (or similar project management software)
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
