WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
You will work in Financial Systems with various stakeholders to manage end to end enhancements, integrations and various systems related projects.
Be responsible for setting project goals, deadlines, documentation and issue resolution.
Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
Owns various end to end SaaS implementations by handling all project management details such as documentation, meeting minutes, risk logging, progress reporting and action item tracking
Drives and aligns cross-functional stakeholders to reconcile competing priorities and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes
Works with stakeholders to document requirements, draft UAT test cases, create training materials and obtain all related approvals and sign-offs
Ensures Change Management and SOX compliance with existing policies and procedures for IT Projects, Data Migrations and other production changes
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science required; Masters degree preferred
At least 6 -8 years of experience in IT Project Management
Detailed understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodology
Prior experience with SDLC, Change Management and SOX ITGC
Prior experience with CRM, ERP and Service Desk application, these systems include such Salesforce, Netsuite & JIRA
Not required but preferred prior experience with HR, Payroll, Procurement & T&E SaaS applications as well as experience with Integration Platforms and RPA tools
