WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
• Owns various end to end SaaS implementations by handling all project management details such as documentation, meeting minutes, risk logging, progress reporting and action item tracking
• Drives and aligns cross-functional stakeholders to reconcile competing priorities and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes
• Works with stakeholders to document requirements, draft UAT test cases, create training materials and obtain all related approvals and signoffs
• Ensures Change Management and SOX compliance with existing CK policies and procedures for IT Projects, Data Migrations, and other production changes

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 6 -8 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Detailed understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodology
• Experience implementing and integrating the following systems; netsuite, salesforce, adp, vasware, concur, and mulesoft.
• Prior experience with SDLC, Change Management and SOX ITGC
• Prior experience with CRM, ERP and Service Desk applications such as Netsuite, Salesforce & JIRA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects across a wide range of stakeholders
