WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Collects and analyzes data and requirements, business processes and cost-benefit for proposed projects.
  • Conducting research and analyzing financial and operational data for projects. Analyzing parameters including costs, time-lines, technical functions, benefits and risks of projects.
  • Preparing preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
  • Supporting the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
  • Preparing and distributing progress reports tracked against deliverables.
  • Conducting research and analyzing financial and operational data for projects. Analyzing parameters including costs, time-lines, technical functions, benefits and risks of projects.
  • Preparing preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
  • Supporting the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
  • Preparing and distributing progress reports tracked against deliverables.
  • Conduct benchmarking against industry leaders and companies of similar size using best practices
  • Facilitate stakeholder working group meetings (kick off meeting and bi-weekly group meetings) using project management best practices; deliver meeting minutes/decisions made
  • Create questions for use in interviews/focus groups with various stakeholders:
  • Work with stakeholder working group to identify which themes/ideas move forward Design template for Code sections (consistent look & feel across pages) Re-write/re-organize content of Code to fit within template using themes/ideas
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years with the following functions:
    • Organizing project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
    • Estimating the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
    • Implementing an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
