WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Set up new constructions projects, vendors and subcontractors
  • Review and Upload change orders, purchase orders and insurance certificates
  • Notify upper management for review and approval of subcontractor applications for payment
  • Assist with processing Joint Check Agreements
  • Run cost reports as requested
  • Review payment records for accuracy and consistency  
  • Greet guests, manage office supply inventories and process expense reports

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Billing Management
  • Ability to communicate and work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience with Yardi and/ or AIA billing is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience required
  • Self starter with excellent time management skills and demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines
