WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support team with calendar management, email correspondence, note taking, and editing
  • Office Management Responsibilities including ordering office supplies ang organization
  • Assist project managers with proposals by typing up contract proposal letters, outline specifications, and assemble proposal books in a timely manner
  • Interact with clients and vendors and work closely with accounting to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
  • Prefer InDesign and Adobe experience
  • Ability to work uptown, in person, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
