WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Prepares documents that include Contract Amendments, Request for Quotes, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Information, and other supporting documents. Supporting documentation may include, responding to proposal exceptions and assisting with bid addendum language; reviewing and summarizing information included in proposals; and conducting vendor validation.
Develop operational and technical documentation, participate in project of software deployment as it relates to vendors and internal stakeholders.
Assemble the requirements of bids and proposals, present summary findings.
Facilitates and assists in the planning and tracking of all requests for quotes / proposals/ vendor qualifications processes.
Prepares contract award recommendations for review by Vendor Services and Business Leadership.
Work with Buyers to ensure PO’s are funded based on contractual commitments and organizational demands.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
4+ years of full-time procurement experience and RFP writing experience in a public or private purchasing environment
4+ years of preparing complex cost and price analyses using statistical information
Strong interpersonal communications skills and a focus towards customer service
