• Support overall execution across changes to business, technology to ensure that there is ongoing collaboration and integration of overall delivery for an enterprise-wide initiative
• Support overall execution of people and client readiness / change management
• Manage the tracking of Status, Risks, Actions, Dependencies and Budget
• Support preparation of reports / presentations for upper management regarding status of project.
• Lead one or more workstreams, managing the detailed task plan, coordinating resources and facilitating discussions as needed to progress effort(s)
• Facilitate program meetings with key business, legal, risk, compliance, marketing and readiness partners, preparing meeting agendas and providing meeting minutes
• Maintain various program artifacts, ensuring project repositories are up to date.
• Support monitoring of program inbox for questions from the field, coordinating and tracking response status.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
• Experience in Financial Services / Retirement Planning Preferred
• Experience in Regulatory Programs Preferred
• Experience with SAFE Agile / Agile Development Methodology Preferred
