WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • The Program Manager will develop the Reporting and Analytics Practice within the HR Technology Organization
  • Deploy Workday People Analytics and Prism
  • Focuses primarily on cultivating people data from the Workday HR system and processes and building data literacy skills for HR, Finance, and Leaders
  • Performs trend analyses and other business-related data analysis strategies to assist leadership with making data-drive decisions.
  • Partners with the HR Technology team to lead cross-function / cross-business collaboration to align data, translations and interpretations.
  • Designs research and performs advanced statistical analysis on people data to address questions from org/HR leadership.

 

WHERE IS IT LOCATED

  • Fort Mill, SC
  • Hybrid; 2-3 days a week onsite

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5+ years general data analytics experience, including 3 - 5 years managing data, data processes, dashboards, and reports in Workday.
  • Must be comfortable and effective in working with executives and leaders, as well as all levels of the organization, to present and influence action-oriented results based on data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Programs (Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday People Analytics Module, preferred.
