WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Handle new installation request management
Manage account set up in SAP
Coordinate with customers and technicians to confirm surveys and install dates.
Survey support and follow-up.
Process surveys, and create Initial orders with products, equipment, install kits, and fulfillment (literature).
Follow-up initial orders with customer service and finance
Monitor the pallet build and delivery of Initial Orders to meet installation dates.
Install follow-up with Techs and customer service.
Conduct daily updates on Project Gantt, scorecards, and reporting tools.
Maintain effective and collaborative communications with:
Administrate the processes that involve 3 Parties to participate in the installation, creating Service requests in the system, getting jobs quoted, POs management, invoices processing, and following up.

Experience with SAP account setup
