  • Responsible for daily operations and support of hiring managers and suppliers in all stages of requisition process (requisition to invoicing) to ensure successful fulfillment of contingent workforce requirements. 50%
  • For assigned job categories/skill sets, consult and assist hiring managers in the approach and identification of quality resources in a timely manner while managing cost controls and compliance to program processes. 20%
  • Build and optimize external supplier relationships to drive supplier performance and ensure adherence to program processes and contractual obligations. 20%
  • Communicate opportunities for continuous improvement , issues and risks to leadership 5%
  • Assist with supplier performance reviews/assessments and program reporting 5%

  • Strong Fluency user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer.
  • Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
  • Demonstrates ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications.
  • Proficiency with vendor management systems (specifically Fieldglass)

Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
