WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

The Procurement Aide will manage non-disclosures and certificates of insurance for over 900 suppliers in Wilmington. The ideal candidate can process approximately 5 to 10 new supplier adds each year and over 300 supplier change requests. The Procurement Aide will additionally manage PeopleSoft part cleanup, as well as review Stock out part sheets.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:

 

  • Checks for order issues and expedites
  • Review order confirmations
  • Review the purchase price variance report and PO closure reports for change/resolution
  • Follow-up on information requests for vendors and purchasing parts
  • Facilitate invoice resolution for production parts
  • Guide Wilmington Plant PeopleSoft users on how to resolve their invoice issues
  • Prepare shipping memos as needed
  • Pull parts from Storeroom to prepare for shipments
  • Investigates the repairs returned to Storeroom
  • Adjust the repairs in, bin to bin transfers as needed
  • Processes shipping memo and prepare repair for shipment back to supplier
  • Complete monthly check against inventory and purchase orders to track repairs in process

Mandatory Skills:
