WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Will oversee portfolio accounting, reconciliation and reporting critical to supporting portfolio management, trading, marketing, compliance, and client service for separately managed fixed income and equity accounts
  • Daily research and remediation of reconciliation discrepancies
  • Will oversee all necessary steps of the account life cycle, including onboarding, verifying funding status, contributions and withdrawals, audit request, and offboarding
  • Provides timely and accurate information to internal partners to reinforce credible client relationships

  • Five + years of non-client facing experience in an Asset Management role
  • Technical proficiency with Archer, Orion, APX or a similar portfolio accounting system
  • Bloomberg, Charles River, FactSet and Salesforce experience is highly desired
  • Advanced MS Excel ability to include v-lookups, pivot tables, and macros
