- Enter adjustment data into Employee Central Payroll for inclusion in payroll processing
- Respond to and process ServiceNow payroll case tickets
- Process ACH notifications of change and any rejections
- Process stop-payments and reissues
- Assist with the preparation and process of garnishment payments to federal, state, and local jurisdictions for wage attachments and child support
- Ensure garnishments are applied and completed in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations to ensure the deductions are applied appropriately and accounts can be closed for financial reporting
- Prepare, send, and file earnings disclosures; prepare answers to writs of garnishment
- Provide the necessary reports to, and communicate with, internal and external customers as necessary
- Review, process and respond to garnishment orders
- 2 years of multi-corporation, multi-state payroll processing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Oracle, Kronos, and/or SAP payroll systems
