WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Responsible for leading a team of payroll specialists responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time payroll processing for multiple companies in the US and Canada
• Maintain, monitor and administer state withholding and unemployment accounts across all states and company codes
• Troubleshoot payroll problems and interface with business leaders on all payroll matters
• Ensure wage garnishment requirements are fulfilled
• Responsible for auditing payroll related activity and ensuring SOX compliance

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 5+ years of experience of payroll management experience
• Experience in US and Canadian Payroll
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
• Successfully managing a high-performing team in a customer service-oriented environment. 
• Ability to lead in a collaborative and inspiring manner
