This position is bonus eligible
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage employee benefits and assist in annual open enrollment
Process ad-hoc reports from ADP
Manage benefits entry, ACA calculations, and reconciliations
Provide support to the HR team in regards to acquisitions
Process weekly and semimonthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Ensure accurate/timely payroll updates (new hires, pay rate changes, garnishments)
PROFILE FOR SUCCESS
5 years of experience in administering payroll and benefits
Associate's Degree or higher in a related field
Experience administering payroll in multiple locations/multiple states
