- Run bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll audits.
- Analyze data from payroll reports and conduct research on how to identify issues and form possible solutions.
- Prepare annual W2 and T4 forms and tax returns, and process garnishments.
- Assist with payroll processing as needed.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of previous experience in accounting, reporting, and/or processing high volume payroll.
- Experience researching data from payroll, state and local tax regulations, performing analysis, and resolving any issues noted.
- Experience working with systems such as Oracle, Kronos, SuccessFactors, and ADP Software is a plus.
