WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Our client is looking for a self-starter, detail-oriented contractor within the Partner Success Team to ensure their 100+ million members have access to the best and most accurate offers available. This individual will support partner success of the Personal Loans portfolio.
Support the Personal Loans business development partnerships team to launch new partners and offers onto our platform and own the operational relationship throughout the partners lifecycle
Coordinate with Agencies and Partners to ensure that all assets (website, editorial, marketing, other product initiatives) within our client’s platform are accurate and adhere to the contractual and regulatory compliance rules
Develop a strong understanding of our partner’s needs and leverage your knowledge of our internal data, capabilities, and roadmap to provide business recommendations
Project manage key initiatives that drive meaningful impact to our members and partners
Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and thoughtfully develop and implement recommended solutions to complex problems
Liaise and develop strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams including Business Development, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Product and Engineering, Finance and other internal teams to deliver cohesive best-in-class service to Partners
Prepare site mockups for partner review and approval
Conduct monitoring activities to ensure data quality and accuracy
Develop and implement best practice processes, maintain updated documentation, report out on key metrics, and provide recommendations as appropriate
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in compliance, operations, customer support, or similar field
Extremely strong attention to detail with data entry, exceptional follow-up and follow-through
Accountable, creative, and team-focused individual who loves problem solving and owning and driving initiatives with little/no supervision
Comfortable working across multiple time zones
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and balance multiple deadlines
Customer-oriented and able to establish robust relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity - strong proactive communication and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Go-getter attitude with innate curiosity - willing to learn, ask a lot of questions, and persevere for results
Intermediate skills with google products (sheets, docs, etc), microsoft excel required. Experience with Salesforce and JIRA is a plus
