WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for the execution of all paid media efforts including campaign ideation, setup, optimization, testing, and analysis on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, through SA360 integration
Strategize across the enterprise to understand business needs and maximize advertising efforts against objectives and priorities to drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Develops responsive search ads, extensions and onsite creative relevant to SEM
Emphasis on establishing data accuracy/integrity to measure/optimize campaigns based on full funnel ROI by each line of business
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and storefront teams to leverage insights and learnings for developing testing plans for the paid search channel
Work with analytics and research teams to understand customer profile insights and behaviors that help nurture paid search marketing campaign strategies
Implement, measure, and optimize campaigns in a dynamic fashion based upon competitive analysis, marketplace, business dynamics and performance trends
Establish, analyze, and publish reporting that presents campaign performance in an insightful/impactful manner, with clear reasons for actions taken for internal partners
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years’ experience in performance-based paid search marketing
Expert on conversion funnel metrics, analytics, and optimization levers
Expertise with budgeting, forecasting and accruals
Expert in Excel and Skilled with PowerPoint
Advanced in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or finance related field
Experience with Discovery Ads and Universal App Campaigns is a plus
