WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Serve as the Paid Media subject matter expert, keeping up-to-date with market trends and consumer insights to prepare an efficient and effective media strategy plan with brand strategy and data in mind.
Lead strategic planning sessions, working with clients and internal stakeholders to implement an effective strategy on time and within budget.
Manage and Coach Media team creating and executing educational initiatives and developing internal resources and training sessions
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor media KPIs and provide recommendations on brand strategy, reviewing all final media plans.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years of B2B and B2C media planning and buying experience in an agency setting
2+ years of management experience
Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated
Proficient with MS Office with strong Excel skills
