WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

 

  • Partners with HR partners and stakeholders across the company to align execution for a seamless change experience that delivers value to the business by designing and implementing relevant programs supporting the broader talent strategy
  • Designs, creates, executes, and centrally manages enterprise-wide change management practices to influence successful change adoption and maturity across the organization through strategic partnerships, integration points and monitoring of change initiatives
  • Partners with Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, and other business sponsors and leaders to ensure alignment on changes impacting the organization
  • Builds and manages networks of change champions and agents to ensure change adoption
  • Provides guidance and leadership to change management team (internal and external resources), delegates work, ensures quality standards, and manages workload across team
  • Maintains, monitors and reports on an enterprise-wide view of change initiatives that impact stakeholders across the organization and potential impacts to externally

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership or Business Administration degree (or related) preferred
  • Professional Designations: Certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, ODCP/ODCC), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), or change management trained/certified (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, Kotter, Big 5 consulting firm methodology, etc.) are highly desired
  • 5-7 + years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development or related field is required
  • 1-2 + years supervising and coaching teams responsible for executing change management
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational change management initiatives with program level oversight
