WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Coordinate and help manage all Oracle helpdesk tickets between the U.S., Mexico, Australia, Canada, and the Offshore team in India
• Work closely with business partners to support Oracle EBS R12 software
• Hands on ownership of system design, system configurations and testing of Oracle modules
• Independently execute assigned tasks associated with projects, maintenance, and day to day activities
• Provide input on improvements to current processes, make suggestions to further leverage system capabilities, and help create efficiencies for the business through full utilization of ERP technology

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology or another related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle R12 Applications including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, I-Expense and Fixed Assets
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand information quickly, derive insight, synthesize information clearly and concisely, and devise solutions
• Oracle EBS 12.1 or 12.2 experience, preferably within Finance modules
• Bilingual, fully fluent in Spanish and English
