WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position would work closely with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to assist with the onboarding process across the service territory and best prepare new employees for their respective work function. Additional responsibilities with various Human Resources initiatives and projects will also be included

  • Support and assist with hiring process for:
    •  field applicants
    •  corporate applicants
  • Assist with training for Hiring Managers around the onboarding process
  • Travel to locations for orientation when needed
  • Act as main point of contact for new hires and hiring managers through the onboarding process
  • Continuously explore methods of how to improve the employee hire experience and drive improved retention efforts

  • Comfortable with supporting supervision
  • Must be outgoing and self-motivated
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and computer aptitude.
