WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work with onboarding team to execute new hire onboarding
  • Manage new hire check-list, follow-up on outstanding activities, schedule pre-employment requirements and audit paperwork for compliance
  • Communicate team via phone and email
  • General administrative duties as requested

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Previous experience and/or educational background to Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HR processes - Ideally related to new hire onboarding to include pre-employment screening, documentation, I-9 verification
  • Strong organizational, communication, follow-up and customer service skills - attentive to detail
