WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Answer and transfer any incoming calls; Greet guests and issue and collect visitor passes
Manage mail services (USPS, FedEx, UPS); Act as the ‘go to’ person for help or advice when people are unsure who to ask; Be the first point of contact and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers (cleaning, maintenance and building management etc.)
Ensure office supplies (i.e., stationary, printer ink, etc.) and kitchen supplies (i.e., water, coffee, snacks) are fully stocked, regularly refilled, and reordered when necessary
Manage the office safety procedures, schedule testing of fire safety systems and ensure adequate Fire Marshals and First Aiders are appointed and available
Resolve issues in the office as they arise
Manage logistics for internal meetings and events (e.g., reserving conference rooms, ordering catering services, providing support to visiting executives and directors while they are onsite)
Organize occasional team events
