  • Prepare and track accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation
  • Set up employee emails and new hire paperwork
  • Track and monitor employee vacation or sick days for payroll
  • Request, Collect and maintain documents including accounting and insurance documents
  • Assist coworkers with issues as needed
  • File and maintain project folders

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3+ years of office management or bookkeeping experience
  • Industry knowledge of construction or residential/non-residential flooring sectors. 
  • North Carolina Notary preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience with AIA billing required
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
