  • Organize reoccurring and ad-hoc meeting planning to include scheduling annual/monthly/weekly corporate meetings, coordinating schedules with all parties, ensuring meeting topics and agenda
  • Send reminders and organize catering when necessary
  • Manage all office correspondences and ensure communication methods are clear
  • Greet guests, manage office supply inventories and process expense reports

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3-5 years of office management or administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience required
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be self sufficient and driven to make an impact and add value
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
