  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist and support leadership, directors, and other administrative staff with scheduling daily needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct all aspects of events, hospitality and logistics for meetings, conferences, and gatherings.
  • Manage and maintain all vendor relationships for the office.
  • Assist with daily administrative/office duties to help sustain an efficient work environment across all departments.
  • Provides member support through handling of requests from calls to the main office and emails in the Support mailbox and email requests.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 3+ years in administrative support experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Self-directed; seeks guidance and assistance as needed
