WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues
Install and configure network infrastructure systems, software, firmware, etc.
Align with Global Network Connectivity team to support global/regional/local network infrastructure initiatives
Participate in design of global/regional strategies, concepts, processes and service improvements based on operational experience
Calculate technical requirements for new systems or expansions
Sizing and procurement of network infrastructure components
Incident and Problem ticket handling
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
3+ years of experience providing network administration/support in an enterprise environment
Experience coordinating troubleshooting processes for complex problems in collaboration with different internal and external interfaces
Knowledge of Cisco network components, Cloud networks (i.e., Microsoft Azure), and Network Automation (i.e., scripting, Cisco Prime Infrastructure & DNA Center)
Interpersonal skills: Communication, listening, verbal, technical writing, team player
Two-year degree in Information Technology and/or Relevant Certifications (CCNA, ITIL)
