  • Oversee all aspects for ideation, execution and implementation of monthly direct marketing campaigns targeted to the African American segment
  • Manage the creative agency on the creative development of direct marketing tactics including Direct Mail, TV, Digital Video, Digital Audio, Bill Marketing, Shared Mail, FSI and Radio
  • Assist in the development of the go-to-market strategy, and overall marketing plan for the African American segment
  • Develop plans for testing new hypotheses and identifying strategies that deliver actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition and upsell programs
  • Provide guidance and assess African American programming behaviors and video service preferences
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to plan and execute all aspects of customer acquisition and upsell programs
  • Manage all internal relationships that are required to execute bi-weekly Direct Mail campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement African American campaigns across channels to improve multi-touch campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze performance, assess weekly performance reports and provide program improvement recommendations based on learnings
  • Responsible for competitive advertising activity monitoring and reporting for the African American segment
  • Manage budget attributed to African American marketing efforts



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer technology or related industries
  • Experience in managing major advertising campaigns
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing actionable metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive manner
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Knowledge of African American culture/behaviors and experience developing campaigns for this community
