WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences in close alignment with Brand, Sponsorships, PR, and Social teams
  • Responsible for driving our D&I messaging and executing on a variety of initiatives aimed at uniting past and prospective D&I efforts
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for cultural events, sponsorships and content campaigns that specifically target Multicultural audiences
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective on embedding an inclusive and culturally relevant approach to marketing initiatives including authentic representation and storytelling
  • Ensure inclusive practices are amplified in our corporate narrative and story
  • A key member of the marketing cross-functional team who will exhibit a solid understanding of culture and multicultural audiences
  • Work with business partners across the enterprise including but not limited to Corporate Citizenship and Human Resources to lead marketing support based on corporate and business objectives
  • Act as key client representative for creative and media agencies as well as key publishing or sponsorship partners
  • Collaborate with agency and business partners to use data to help inform priorities and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on D&I topics and identify standard methodologies across the industry
  • Drive key audience priorities by identifying and building scalable programs and partnerships accordingly
  • Manage budget including tracking monthly invoices, accurate forecasting, and establishing monthly accruals
  • Adheres to compliance approvals and processes for all marketing and advertising communications

 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 5+ years of marketing or related experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables
  • Exercise a high degree of judgment and problem-solving skills on assigned work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for project execution
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to provide clear direction
  • Extremely proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Budget management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
