WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- The Microsoft Dynamics Lead will have the opportunity to steer the direction of the Global CRM implementation within the organization.
- Responsible for partnering with the Head of Digital, IT and related technology leaders to build the strategy roadmap.
- Perform as the Microsoft Dynamics technical-functional lead for the global technology team.
- Ensure that the uptime, performance, scalability and security of the solutions they manage meet the needs of the company.
WHERE IS IT LOCATED:
- Charlotte, NC or Novi, MI areas preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel internationally (up to 15%)
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Solutions Architect, Consultant or Engineer that focuses specifically on MS Dynamics.
- Experience creating workflows that follow Agile methodologies.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, continuously working with business stakeholders, technical and non-technical members.,
- Must be willing and able to travel nationally and internationally (up to 15%).
