Extend adoption of our Moogsoft AIOps platform on an enterprise scale
Create and maintain close working relationship with infrastructure and business partners , including Operation Command Centers and Production Support groups to gain insights into pain points and provide improved services
Develop alert co-relations to narrow down root cause
Identify and reduce/eliminate single point of failure and latencies in monitoring infrastructure , maintain health and availability of platform
Expand the adoption of AIOps capabilities for incidents across application technology operations
Improve monitoring solutions and drive towards production automation, establish self-serve capabilities using CI/CD pipelines
Push towards Federated adoption of monitoring tools and solutions across infrastructure and business lines for greater transparency and visibility
Keeping up-to date with product roadmap and industry trends/developments
Take personal accountability, prioritize, excellence in execution.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in articulating messages, responses, presentations and advocating the usage of the AIOps platform
Strong documentation skills in confluence, SharePoint, Office suites.

4+ work years in Moogsoft AIOps administration, configuration of workflows, rules engine, user management, automation solutions
2+ years working experience in cloud technologies - AWS, GCP
Previous experience in integrating Moogsoft with monitoring, observability technologies - Splunk, LogicMonitor , Dynatrace, Tripwire, NetIM, CMDB
Experienced in outbound integrations of Moogsoft with incident management/ServiceNow/ITSM processes and collaboration and callout tools - Microsoft Teams, xMatters
Knowledge in providing guidance for successful adoption of the Moogsoft AIOps platform to our internal customers , IT and business partners
Previous experience in the monitoring of container platforms
Good experience with scripting, Python, Ansible, Regex, shell
Knowledge of Operating Systems concepts, metrics
Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC processes, JIRA, Kanban, Scrum Agile methodology
