WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Monitor and work SalesForce cases that are escalated by vendors or other team members.
  • Provide client support questions and research for consumers.
  • Recognize issues that could be widespread and not specific to the case you are currently working
  • Assist with training material creation
  • May train other agents on customer contact processes
  • May work with vendors to outline processes for member contact
  • Ensure a high level of customer service for all member contacts
  • High level of knowledge and expertise of all money products
  • Works with debit cards, ACH transactions as well as other ancillary products (bill pay, overdraft, etc.)
  • May perform QA functions to determine process gaps
  • Responsible for providing back up for other BPS processes such as: Returns, Overdraft monitoring, etc.
  • Remain current and adhere to all regulatory requirements and training.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned from time to time.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 1+ years of banking experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial institution operating policies and procedures
  • Understanding of federal banking regulations
  • Previous experience with Customer service and CRM
  • Ability to interpret and understand all policies and procedures
  • Great attention to details, and the ability to multitask
