THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Will help manage the social media efforts around brand interactions and real-time & planned engagement that delivers on brand voice and objectives across social platforms, marketing initiatives and customer service support.
Responsible for social media risk monitoring, day-to-day engagement by accurately responding to and escalating any questions/issues from customers and brand engagement support.
Work in tandem with the Community Manager Lead on the voice of the customer weekly reporting describing customer's feedback about their experiences with and expectations for Ally's products and services.
Ability to work well with a variety of business partners both internally and externally, be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
