THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

 

  • Will help manage the social media efforts around brand interactions and real-time & planned engagement that delivers on brand voice and objectives across social platforms, marketing initiatives and customer service support. 
  • Responsible for social media risk monitoring, day-to-day engagement by accurately responding to and escalating any questions/issues from customers and brand engagement support. 
  • Work in tandem with the Community Manager Lead on the voice of the customer weekly reporting describing customer's feedback about their experiences with and expectations for Ally's products and services.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of business partners both internally and externally, be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
