  • Provide leadership, partnership, and coordination to projects that span multiple teams and departments.
  • Engage stakeholders and ensure teams work together in creating objectives and timelines.
  • Own, escalate, and swiftly break down blockers that prevent things from moving forward.
  • Increase collaboration and improve visibility into cross-team dependencies.
  • Drive and ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across functions.
  • Develop best practices that provide benefits across our different business units and serve as templates of marketing success across the organization.
  • Identify and communicate risk in projects/programs early so that mitigation steps can be taken. Provide context, impact analysis, and present alternatives (be a problem solver).
  • Drive go-to-market execution planning activities that span across multiple teams. Must be able to operationalize the GTM strategy and connect strategy to pragmatic thinking.
  • Own, resource and manage multiple concurrent projects from intake through delivery using multiple project management tools. Deliverables include emails, banner ads, landing pages, social campaigns and videos
  • Identify critical path activities for programs and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Facilitate efficient meetings to ensure information exchange and alignment across teams.
  • Anticipate change and own the management tracking and coordination of your programs. Drive toward results in the face of obstacles.


  • 8+ years in-house or agency marketing project management experience
  • Experience implementing go to market strategy for net new campaigns utilizing email, seo, youtube, Instagram, facebook and tiktok
  • Understanding of project management principles and characteristics
  • Demonstrated understanding of the creative process across digital channels
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management systems - experience with Airflow, Workfront and JIRA preferred
  • A proven ability to remain calm, effective and productive under pressure, and proactively solve problems
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with creative team, marketing partners and leadership
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills
