WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Responsible for developing creative marketing strategies to broaden the market and brand awareness
- Drive brand awareness through digital and print marketing campaigns from conception to implementation
- Manages ALL social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and manage influencer marketing
- Works with ecommerce manager and web content specialist to optimize the website to increase sales
- Use analytical tools and skillsets to continuously improve marketing efforts to ultimately drive sales
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing focused on building brand awareness (CPG industry preferred)
- 1-2 years of managing online marketing strategies to build brand awareness - social media and managing all these channels is required
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms including Sprout Social, E-Clincher, etc. and provide monthly performance stats
- Mix of Traditional and Digital marketing campaign management experience
- 1-2 years experience partnering with influencers and/or content creator partnerships in a marketing campaign
- Self-starter willing to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with proactive communication skills
