  • Work within established design guidelines and templates to deliver effective collateral, ex: pitch books, factsheets, commentaries
  • Assist with data entry, quarterly updates, and other production duties as needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
  • Embrace internal technology and workflow tools to leverage to their greatest impact. Ex: Seismic, Percolate, AdMaster
  • Work closely with other business units and investment specialists to help coordinate fulfillment of core marketing materials
  • Coordinate with appropriate investment specialists personnel to develop custom page layouts for marketing and client service needs
  • Collaborate with broader team to generate creative approaches and fresh ideas
  • Take initiative to explore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes without sacrificing creativity or quality
  • Proofread all marketing content throughout the development and approval process to ensure it is accurate and compliant
  • Support compliance processes from initial submission to final approval


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years previous experience in graphic design, design internship would constitute necessary experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem recognition and resolution skills
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet overlapping deadlines as they arise
  • Driven, goal-oriented individual seeking to make a measurable difference and improvements that will help advance corporate initiatives
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
  • Experience with seismic and percolate tools a plus
  • Interest in the Financial Services industry, experience a plus
  • Excellent relationship building skills
