WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Conduct end-to-end custom quantitative research studies across multiple functions and verticals
Lead and execute brand tracking research for one of Credit Karma’s verticals
Writing surveys, translating data, survey results, and qualitative research findings into digestible reports and presentations
Help with organizational, administrative, and project management duties
Data manipulation and statistical analysis
Gather intelligence from first- and third-party information sources
Launch a 3 month brand tracker for home lending verticle
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
BA/BS degree with an emphasis on survey/research methods (i.e., economics, statistics, psychology, or similar business or liberal arts program)
3-5 years of market research, management consulting, or relevant experience
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for uncovering insights
Excel, SPSS, and/or R experience required
Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Google Consumer Surveys, etc.
Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and develop quickly
Experience managing and executing both research tracking programs and custom research projects
Experience working on both the agency and client side in a market research capacity
Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies (e.g., survey sampling and design, significance testing, regression modeling, experimental design, behavioral data analysis, causal inference with observable data)
Experience pairing survey data with behavioral analytics
Experience with SQL and large datasets
Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings to advise business decisions through rich storytelling via presentations, reports, workshops, and any other creative approaches
