  • Accountable for proactively and holistically leading enterprise responses to disruptive forces by identifying and analyzing execution of change toward the desired organizational vision and targeted outcomes. 
  • Meets with business leaders to understand current operational environment and application software role in business operations. Manages all phases of application software development and support following established systems development life cycle procedures. 
  • Works with the IT Finance to ensure finance to ensure financial resources are available and responsibly managed to accomplish the objectives of the department. Develops baseline performance metrics and measures that report while monitoring all areas within scope of responsibility.
  • Establishes operating procedures and a system for internal controls within scope of responsibility- Includes periodic self-inspection of operating processes and procedures for quality and effectiveness, cooperation and participation in audit and compliance examinations, and surfacing operational issues for action by management.
  • Performs administrative responsibility for supervised staff. Performance and compensation management, recruiting and hiring, mentoring, identifying and providing training and skill enhancement opportunities.    


  • 5+ years experience in application design, software development, maintenance, and delivery.
  • A degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience managing all aspects of application software in the Microsoft suite of products, and the dominant cloud platforms.
  • Experience with the Agile Methodology.
  • Microsoft Azure platform experience preferred.
  • Process experience and optimization including Pareto or Six Sigma analysis is a plus.
